Ashlynne gets Top Dog at school

  So Ashlynne got Top Dog at her school.  Top Dog is when the student excells in things in the classroom.   It is a quartley thing that the school does.  She got to eat breakfast at the school with their family, and the principal says a few things.  Saydee was sick so I told her she could choose her dad or I since Saydee would not be able to go.   So she decided to take her dad.  

   We are so proud of Ashlynne and her accomplishment.   Keep up the good work Ashlynne.

  

Days Of 47 Parade

This is about as good as it gets with Ashlynne.

Our Stake was in the days of 47 parade this year. The girls had a lot of fun marching in the parade. After the parade we went around and saw all of the different booths. I don't have a lot of pictures of Saydee in the pictures. She was scared of all of the characters that were there. I bareley got a picture of her with Smokey The Bear.

Jesus' House

Last night we were watching tv about Moses. While Saydee was sitting there she told me she wanted to go to Jesus' house. I told her if she went then I wouldn't be able to see her anymore. She then said she wanted Jesus to come to our house. Later that night she said Oh I wish he had a sister. I asked her who? She of course told me Jesus. When I asked her why she told me so I could play with her.

Last night Saydee was waiting for her Daddy to open our bedroom door. While she was waiting this is what we came across. Kaeleigh went and got the camera and took a picture of her sleeping. She fell asleep in front of our bedroom door.

The other day my cousin Lexie came over. Lexie had Kaeleigh and Ashlynne dress up as if they were modeling. She then took some pictures of them. I think she did a pretty good job for being only 14.

Happy 4th of July

Well our family went to my parents house to have dinner and do the fireworks. On the way to my parent's house Kaeleigh got a phone call to see if she wanted to go and see Stadium Of Fire with her friend. Of course she didn't turn that down since Miley Cyrus was going to be there. So before she left I made sure I got some pictures of the girls.

Pioneer Fun

Today Anthony and I took the girls to Gardner Village. While we were there the girls learned how to spin wool into clothes, make corn husk dolls, and how to make rugs with the loom. Kaeleigh and Ashlynne really liked it a lot. They caught on really quick and were helping to make some rugs. We also learned that they could make hot pads out of this also. Saydee was too tired that she really didn't care to anything. So here is a picture of her laying on her dads' shoulders.

Best Friends

Kaeleigh had one of her best friends stay the night last night. They were so giggly and silly last night that I decided to take some pictures of her and her friend. As you can see they decided to be twins also. They both had the same pair of pj's and then came out and said,"surprise" to me. They looked so cute. Here are some pictures of them in their twin pj's.

Kaeleigh's Last Day Of 3RD Grade

Kaeleigh just finished 3RD grade. I can't believe she will be in 4TH grade next year. She is getting to big to fast. Here are some pictures of her on her last day of school.

Last Day Of School

shlynne just finished the 2ND grade. I went to the school and took some pictures of her on her last day of school. I can't believe she is going to be in the 3RD grade next year. It goes by way to fast once they start school.

Andrea and Jordan's Wedding Reception

Last night our family went to a wedding reception for a girl that I used to babysit for. She looked so pretty and he looked really handsome. Jordan's mom is so sweet. I met her in the temple and she was so sweet

I had a lot of fun being able to see them. Their oldest sister Kristy has a daughter Kailey that is only one year older than my Kaeleigh. She is so cute. She looks like her mom. Kailey has three brothers that are really cute also.

Melanie another sister has one little boy named Joshua. He is such a cutie. He has the biggest brown eyes.

Jared has one little boy that is 8 months old I think. He is really cute. I didn't get to visit with them much.

Melissa is another sibling and Saydee asked her where her kids were. She told her she doesn't have any. Saydee then asked her why. I told her because she isn't married. She asked Saydee if she would help her find a guy. Saydee told her no.

Kaeleigh's Field Trip

Yesterday I went on a Field Trip with Kaeleigh to the Clark Planetarium with her 3rd grade class. It is really cool inside. It shows a moon, planets, real rocks from Mars, a place where they can act like they are on the news showing the weather, and how stars are formed. It was a really interesting place.

We saw a 3d movie that was called Sea Monsters. In this movie they showed Dinosaurs that lived in the Ocean, and how they found their bones. It was really interesting. I have never seen a 3d movie so It was really neat. You felt as if you were in it.

Ashlynne learns to cook

The other night I asked Ashlynne to help me cook dinner. I told her I wanted her to learn so that she would know how when she got older. She basically told me she didn't want to learn. I then asked her what she would do once she was out of the house? Who would cook for her? Her response was that she would go out to eat. I then told her well after all of your money is gone from eating out then what will you do? She then told me she would go to her neighbors house to eat. What a nut! Needless to say I got her to help me cook. So here are some pictures of her helping with dinner.

New Beds

Ashlynne and Saydee got new bunk beds, and Saydee wanted to help her daddy put them together. She was so excited and cute. Here are a few pics of her helping Anthony put the bed together.
